How it works

01 — Photograph in natural light

Stand near a window, no flash. Capture the hair at your crown, temples and the back, dry and in its usual state. Three or four frames are enough.

02 — Send them to the atelier

Attach them through our contact page, or email them directly. Tell us anything we should know — greying pattern, past colour, the light you live in.

03 — Receive your match

Within one working day a colourist returns your exact shade from our six-shade European palette, with a second option for seasons when your hair shifts.
