No two head shapes are the same. Width and length numbers describe a head about as well as a hat size describes a face — the contour, the rise, the curvature are what you feel once it is on. So we record those first, and let the hand work begin from them.

Nothing is skipped. What disappears is the week your soft mould spends in transit and the two to three days spent casting a second plaster copy of it. The system is still knotted by hand, on the mould, at the same pace as always.

A Bespoke doesn't begin at a checkout. It begins in a room — Paris, Milano or Berlin — with your head, your hair, and how you actually live. You already know how that room usually goes, so here is exactly how ours goes. 90 mins, by appointment. Nobody touches your hair, and nobody gets shaved to keep him in the chair. We scan: more than forty thousand points of your scalp, measurement rather than treatment — no glue, no clippers. We open the library, put each base on the bench in your colour, and tell you what each one does well, what it asks of you, and which one we'd steer you away from. We match your colour and your grey, your texture and your wave, and hold the density to what's honest for your age. Then we quote — once, in writing, after we've measured you, never before. You leave with your hair exactly as you walked in. That is the whole job: you decide with us, and we will not tell you it looks great when it doesn't.
The Base
The lace baseA fine mesh, knotted hair by hair. Air and sweat pass straight through, and the hairline vanishes into your skin — the most invisible and the most breathable thing we make. The honest trade: it is delicate, and it asks for a little care.

Then the hair itself — real human hair, chosen with you. We match your natural colour and, just as carefully, your grey: too dark or too even, and the eye knows. We match the texture and the wave to your own. Then we spend a long time making it less perfect. The density comes down, because too much hair in front is the first thing that reads as bought. The front edge gets broken up, because nothing on a real head is a straight line. And the recession stays — a hairline that never receded is a hairline nobody believes. The result isn't a great head of hair. It's yours.

LOOK AT THE FRONT EDGE.
It is the part that gives everyone away, so it is the part we spend longest on. The density comes down where a real hairline thins. The edge is broken up by hand, because no scalp grows in a straight line. The knots are bleached, so they read as follicles rather than dots. The finish is matte, because shine at the hairline is the other tell. And Swiss lace runs about 0.03mm — thin enough to sit on the skin rather than above it.

If the fit, the hairline or the colour misses on your first system, we don’t tinker and hope. We measure you again and build it again — once, on us. For every new client.

So here is the honest line: measured to your own head, at conversational distance and under a hand, this holds — and it still asks something of you, and it will not be new forever. That is why we would rather meet you before you buy than sell you a promise you have already heard.

We don't have a shop on your street. Neither does anyone good — that is half the problem. So the bench travels: Paris, Milano, Berlin. A few days in each city, a limited number of heads per visit, then it moves on. The consultation is free; a €150 deposit holds your slot — credited to your system if you go ahead, kept as a fitting fee if you don't.
