How long does it take?

The Standard ships within 24 hours and reaches you in about three days. The Bespoke is knotted by hand over roughly sixty hours — about four to six weeks in all, couriered and insured.

What if the colour isn’t right?

We match from your photos and physical swatches before we make a thing. If it’s still not right when it lands, new clients get a 5-day try-on — send it back and we remake it, on us.

What happens after I receive it?

You’re not left to figure it out. Your advisor stays with you, and The Club handles the monthly reset, scalp care and re-fitting — so the upkeep never becomes your problem.
